A very hot and steamy day greeted the 39 teams on Lake Minnewaska on August 8^th. Once the morning fog lifted, anglers had to deal with the extreme heat and humidity and just like the temperatures fishing was hot as well!

The team of Nick Gross and Paul Rausch had an impressive 25.52 lb. limit in the boat by 10 a.m. to claim their second 2010 Big Bass Bonanza victory and just off their win at Green Lake. With these two wins, the team has caught up ground on Brandon and Bob Moore for the team of the year title. With only one event left, it will be interesting to see how things turn out with Moore’s having a 3 point lead over Rauch and Gross.
