With a win just weeks before & an automatic berth in the Tournament of Champions Shane along with Am partner Nasha Martin began the tournament day heading into the fog blanketing Green Lake.  With Rapala DT10's the 2 fished a rocky flat Shane had located in practice.  On stage he said "I knew they were nice fish but honestly didn't know they were this nice and this many!"  Nice was an understatement with the tournament limit of 6 weighing 22.53 pounds.  With the win Shane was presented with a trophy & check for $8,000.  Nasha took home the 1st place Am trophy & a check for $1,500. 

They were followed closely by 2nd place Pro Jeff Johnson & Am partner Austin Felix with a weight of 21.84 pounds.

Big Bass honors including a trophy & $500 went to Tom Petron with a Largemouth weighing 4.88 pounds.

Congrats to all anglers with all 39 Pro-Am Teams bringing fish limits to the stage. 

The final regular qualifying tournament before the Championship on Lake Minnetonka will be on the Horseshoe Chain in Cold Spring, MN on September 11.  You won't want to miss this one.  T of C anglers will be announced too!  The question everyone's asking "Can he do it yet again?"
